ZirooPay

1. Tap on the menu option at the top left corner
2. Select Advanced Options.
3. Click on the BALANCE INQUIRY button. You do not need to enter an amount for a balance inquiry.
4. The customer's balance will be displayed on the screen of the ZirooPay terminal

Please note that some banks have deactivated balance inquiry transactions. In such a case, that transaction may fail.
